From 22 May 2025, the Hong Leong Bank Visa Infinite will earn 1.0 MPR on Dining, uncapped, with no minimum spend. That makes it the highest earning rate card for Dining in Malaysia right now.

With the widest selection of airline and hotel transfer partners, the CIMB Travel World Elite (TWE) remains a good pick —if you can meet the minimum annual spend or fully maximize its perks. But given the reduced benefits, we’ve downgraded this card from Boleh to Macam Boleh.

The UOB PRVI Miles Elite (UOB PME) offers 0.83 MPR for foreign currency transactions with no cap, making it an excellent choice for overseas spend. From now until the end of 2026, the earning rate is boosted to 1.00 MPR for transactions in SGD, THB, IDR, and VND, and up to 2.4 MPR on Agoda. Plenty of meat to enjoy indeed!
