The Deal

Enrich is back with another round of conversion promo for 2026, rewarding you with bonus Enrich Points (Carbs) when you convert bonus points from participating banks.

There is a daily cap of 3 million Enrich Points per member, which is effectively no cap for most people.

Just note that you must transfer a minimum of 1,000 Enrich Points to be eligible.

You can find the full terms and conditions for July 2026 here.

Early Bird Bonus (8 Jul – 10 Jul 2026) – 20% Bonus for 3 days only

Convert within the first 3 days, and you’ll get a 20% bonus on your Enrich Points.

Example:

  • Convert 10,000 worth of Enrich from Bank Points → Receive 12,000 Enrich Points
  • Extra 2,000 Enrich Points (20%)

Standard Bonus (11 Jul – 18 Aug 2026) – 10% Extra Enrich

Missed the early bird promo? You can still get 10% bonus if you convert between 11 Jul – 18 Aug, or you can wait for the next window later (no guarantees).

Example:

  • Convert 10,000 worth of Enrich from Bank Points → Receive 11,000 Enrich Points
  • Extra 1,000 Enrich (10%) – Still a solid top-up for future redemptions.

Eligible Banks

Just like the February 2026 campaign, all major Malaysian banks are participating in this bonus promotion, including UOB, which was added to the programme in February 2026.

One thing to note for Maybank cardholders: Bonus points are capped at 250,000 transferred Enrich Points per campaign. This means you can earn a maximum of 50,000 bonus Enrich Points for the 20% Bonus.

Conversion Timeline

Based on the T&Cs, you will be eligible for the 20% bonus as long as your bank points conversion is submitted by 10 July.

However, based on previous data points shared by the BolehMiles Telegram members, the base Enrich Points and bonus Enrich Points may not always be credited at the same time:

Bank Description
Alliance Bank Online conversions: Base points are credited first, followed by bonus points 2-3 days later.
Manual conversions via customer service: Both the base and bonus points are usually credited together within 5 days.
Maybank, UOB & Hong Leong Bank Base points and bonus points are typically credited together. Maybank points crediting are typically on the same day, while UOB & HLB within 1-3 days.

Bonus Points are treated differently from Base Points

Bonus Points are only valid for 1 year from the date they’re earned. They also don’t count towards the trigger of Mid-Tier Bonus.

Also, there is no way to extend the expiry of Enrich – regardless of account activity. Unlike some other frequent flyer programs that extend points’ validity with transactions, Malaysia Airlines’ Enrich program does not have this feature.

Point Type Description Validity
Base Points Earned through various activities such as flying with Malaysia Airlines, oneworld member airlines, partner airlines, converting bank points or other loyalty points to Enrich, or purchasing products and services from Enrich lifestyle partners. 3 years from earn date
Bonus Points Earned through promotions such as the Mid-Tier Booster and 10%/20% transfer bonus campaigns 1 year from earn date

Don’t forget about Mid-Tier Booster Reward

Only Base Enrich Points count towards Milestone rewards and the 10%-20% Bonus Enrich Points do not.

But since you’ll already be taking this chance to unload your Enrich Points, you might as well plan your conversion amount to hit the your Mid-Tier Booster Milestone.

Should You Convert?

For UOB, Maybank, and CIMB cards, we can recommend converting during the 20% bonus time window, and less so during the 10% window. At 10%, you might be better off saving those points for Meat and Seafood miles.

It all depends on whether you are into Carbs (Enrich Points), and whether you already have a redemption plan. You can always search for redemption availability before deciding.

Conclusion

The Enrich transfer bonus is back, with no changes from the February promotion. Converting your bank points during these golden windows is a smart way to squeeze 10-20% more MPR across the miles cards we recommend.
